Trademark Infringement Against a Non- Amazon Seller
A local manufacturer (not affiliated with our company) contacted us for suggestions to help stop infringement of their USPTO registered ("®") trademark by Amazon sellers.
A Google search shows a long list of sellers using the company's trademark in their Amazon product titles and descriptions.
That manufacturer doesn’t sell on Amazon (and so of course is not on Brand Registry), so Amazon won't respond to their requests.
We'd be grateful if an Amazon representative will provide guidance to help resolve trademark infringement against a non- Amazon seller.

Pretty sure that their best option is to engage an attorney fluent in IP law to issue a C&D.
If they are misusing IP, it doesn't matter what Amazon policy they are part of; it's a legal issue.

So long as an infringed party has an Amazon buyer account (e.g., for their personal purchases) they can file a trademark infringement complaint here:
The linked form requires you to identify the infringing ASINs, and to provide the USPTO registration number of the trademark being infringed.
Amazon promptly responded to the complaint entered with this form, even though the request was from someone without a Seller account.
No further follow-up is needed.
