Approval to Sell in US

We've been selling sausage casings for years in Amazon US now and all of our products are imported from Germany or New Zealand. We have available inventory and wish to replenish but it's now giving us error saying that we need approval to sell. The "Request Approval" is nowhere. Can someone take a look at our case? We have a lot of units now sitting in stranded due to the listings deactivated.

I'm sorry you have had difficulties with your products requiring you to request approval. I've reviewed your Case and your ASIN and they look like the products are currently live in the US. If you are still having an issue with these products can you please provide the Case ID you are currently working out of and the current status of this issue?
