Amazon won't complete removal order.
Products were matched to the wrong ASIN during onboarding (the second time this has happened). Contacted customer support and told them. They refused to check it. Spent a long time trying to convince them that it was wrongly matched - they weren't willing to check. Told me that I had to request a removal order. Did this and received 5 units (that were correctly matched) but haven't yet received the 16 incorrectly matched units.
Looked at my FBA Inventory today and lo and behold they have put the 16 units back in stock again to, you guessed it the wrong ASIN that I asked for them to be removed from.
Anyone any idea how this gets resolved? Yet again customers will be receiving the wrong product because of Amazon's inability to properly onboard items against the correct ASIN/product. In addition my product is likely going to receive negative reviews that Amazon refuse to remove.
