Is Amazon UPS Integration not working for anyone?

I was creating a shipment today and went to choose SPD thru UPS Amazon integration but it is greyed out. It only allows for LTL and creating my own labels

Is this happening to anyone else?

Several sellers (including us) have noted this issue all week. It seems to come and go with no rhyme or reason. Please create a case with screenshots of the issue and perhaps support will actually be able to figure out what's up on the backend.

Include the workflow id number (near the bottom of the page).
