Getting Item Condition Type error when uploading a file for changing color to my SKUs

Dear Conmmunity,

I am trying to change Color and Title for a few of my items, via feed, but everytime I get the following error:

The ConditionType for SKU: XXXXXXX is invalid. See the Data Definitions tab of your inventory template for valid ConditionType options. For more details, see https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G24681

I have tried removing the condition using Update, and then resubmit the condition using Update as well, but it keeps flaggingthe same error.

I also checked the UPCs used by those products are verifiable in GS1 and mapped tot he correct brand, they are.

PLease guide me a bit here what could I be missing

Hello @Seller_r6hoOYhhgzc2j,

I'm sorry you're running into this issue with updating your listing's Color and Title. I do see you just opened a case ending with 4601 with our Support team. I would recommend giving them some time to review the details you've provided and assist.

If you see that it resolves and still running into difficulties, let me know here and I'll see if further escalation is needed.

Thanks for your understanding.
