Struggling to Contact Seller support - Urgent Customer Issue

I have an urgent customer experience issues and i have attempted to contact seller support 8 times in 24 hours. Mid way through me explaining my issues, the call goes silent and call drops. Can someone from support please help me and I have an urgent customer experience issues that needs to be addresses. Thanks

No one is going to reach out to you-it's probably more beneficial to explain your issue here.

Explain the issue. Some of us fellow sellers may have advice for you. It would be pointless for us to tag mods without explanation or case #.

I added an ASIN to my store that was selling as one single can of dog food, I listed, sold and shipped 14 individual orders. I then received a negative feedback that they were expecting 12 cans not 1 can. I looked back at the listing and someone at AMZ had changed the list title to include (12) 3.5ox cans.

I called and issued credits to all customer that purchased the item but still got 2 neg feedback as a part of the experience. (You can see in my orders that 12 had sold under the single 3.5oz can and then switched over to 12, so i have screen shots of the change.

I just want that feedback removed because i did the right thing by calling and issuing credits to all customers.

Sellers may request feedback removal via the Feedback Manager. The use of any other channel to request the removal may potentially result in the deactivation of your selling account. Removal requests must be made within 90 days of the feedback submission and the system will prevent feedback removals after 90 days.

Refer to the criteria outlined in Can Amazon remove buyer feedback before requesting removal of feedback via Feedback Manager.

Follow the steps outlined below to request feedback removal.

  1. Go to the Feedback Feedback Manager.
  2. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column.
