Mixed up my shipping and amazon labels (collected by ups & FBA) on my item packaging
i packaged my 2 items in 2 separate boxes but I printed off my labels for collection and mixed them up by mistake so the label on the box is not correspondent with what is in that box. both items have been collected and received by amazon.
what can i do to rectify this as they have both the correct items just mixed up the shipment labels??

Nothing really now. It should get resolved at their end and they’ll just flag it to you. I’ve done it once before (allegedly) and just had to acknowledge i’d made the mistake once they’d been received. Get too many errors and they start taking action, but the odd one-off should be fine.
Did you label the items / are they similar at all? That could complicate things.
