grocery and gourmet food approval

Hello,

I have successfully got approval of a food brand but when I try to list that product, I am asked to get another approval of the category 'grocery and gourmet foods '. When I apply for that with the same invoice with pictures which already have been accepted by Amazon, my application for that is rejected.

I get back alaways the same replay in automatic

I have provide proof of invoice a picture of the products.

I see is very commun problem but i don't find a reson yet

Why am I not eligible for that?

Thanks

Hello @Seller_HaLYgf8NxCEI7,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.

For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. You can see if there's an option to apply to sell through Seller Central, by going to Catalog>Add a Product. Next, find the ASIN you would like to sell and then apply to sell if there is an option. In most situations, a direct invoice from the manufacturer or brand you're trying to sell with is required.

A letter of authorisation (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.

You will find more details about this using the resources below:
