EFN fees being charged because of incorrect product clasification

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue where some of our ASINs have been incorrectly classified as food or beverage items, which is blocking their enrollment in the Pan-European FBA program. These products are not food or beverage related, and as a result, our stock isn't being distributed properly across Europe. This has led to significantly higher fulfillment charges than usual, as the system seems to be defaulting to the European Fulfilment Network (EFN).

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, were you able to resolve the misclassification, and were you able to seek reimbursement for the incorrect fees charged? I’m looking for advice on how best to escalate this and get the fees refunded.

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated!
