Hey Guys,

we have been having issues with Buy Shipping for a few months now, first it was DPD once or twice a week that Buy Shipping wasn’t available and Order wise (order management software we use) would print Error labels, now we are having this issue with Royal Mail since morning we have not been able to print even one shipping label and changing them to Evri as per Amazon guidelines.

I was wondering if anyone else is facing the same issue as you all know Amazon has been no help they send same reply over and over again without even reading the emails hoping to find some answers here.
