Hi everyone,

I registered my brand a few years ago and was successful and can use all the tools that Brand registry gives.

The issue I have is that I seem to have lost the right to edit my listings I made prior to joining Brand Registry, saying i'm not the brand owner. My older listings don't have "Limited" at the end, whilst my new ones do.

When i use the help desk, all I keep being told is that I'm not the brand owner.

I've seen on registry reference to an alias function that I feel may help.

Has anybody come across any similar issues and managed to get a resolution.
