Account deactivated Why
My account was deactivated. The reason given for deactivation was that I was using multiple accounts. After further investigation, I was told that my account was first opened on amazon.com on September 23rd. So we opened the correct account on amazon.com on that date. Then, since we were going to operate in the UK, we continued our transactions through Amazon.co.uk. We opened our account on Amazon.co.uk. We continued our sales.
This process was considered as using multiple accounts. But we have 1 account and we were active in only 1 country. I think there is a misunderstanding. We are a small business trying to do our job properly. It has been a very difficult and tiring few days for us. We want to return to our customers as soon as possible and eliminate our victimization. It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation which has been linked to your global selling account in North American Region.
As your US account is deactivated for some other reasons, you wouldn't be able to continue with your UK selling account.
To help you better, log in to the related account in .com market, and share the deactivation notification on this thread.
