I'm posting here in the hope of getting the attention of some one from Amazon that could help my situation

I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve emailed you regarding this problem, its been going on for 6 months and I’m no closer to fixing this, Ive even had several phonically

My account is “Bettys Boutique” I am brand registered and I am the owner of the brand.

I’m currently selling necklaces with 4 variations, the following are the ASINS

I have uploaded 6 images I want to appear on my listing, all images have been professionally done and Amazon compliant, however when I view my listing on desktop I can only see 4 of these images that I uploaded plus 2 older images I no longer want as they are ugly, non professional and not relevant and hindering my sales, I have looked at my listing on no fewer than 10 different computers so its not my computer as some Amazon reps have suggested. Secondly, when I view it on mobile device I can see all of the images I uploaded which is good, however the 2 older unwanted images still appear for a total of 8 images on mobile device.

This has been going on for over 6 months now and to be honest I’m ready to bin everything and take the loss, I’ve heard every reason under the sun why this is happening but none of them have been true.

My account is in good health, with a bank account correctly linked to the account, despite a couple of Amazon reps in my many emails saying that was the reason, its not the reason as I can see the account is in good health with banking linked plus Amazon always manages to take there PPC money from my account, they never ever miss a beat with that, so we can put that one to bed, on top of that I’ve also have representatives on the phone to confirm all was good in that department, also that all the images were fine and compliant and would appear in 24 hours, never happens

They always send me links on how to upload images, I know how to upload images, if I didn’t why do all the images show on mobile device. I think the problem here is amazon for whatever reason keeps uploading these 2 unwanted images to my listing.

I’ve spoken to people on the phone they were actually fantastic helpful people and each time I got off the phone there was massive relief as I thought all was solved, only for the misery to return 24 hours later when it was obvious nothing had happened

Please please, can someone help me, I’m really at the end of the line here

Its not just me that tried to get this sorted, I've paid 2 different people who do this day in day out and they told me there's no problem, also the 2 amazon reps I spoke to told me everything ok
