Account Closed but Amazon Seller STILL charging me $89.99 a month

my account got deactivated in January 2024. At that time I still had a balance oh to me of over $600. I appealed the deactivation and called them. I was waiting on hold for over four hours and I am not exaggerating.. I called twice and the exact same thing happened both times where I was waiting on hold for over four hours. I was able to go online and find a way to close my account. However now I continue to get charged every month to my credit card last month it was $98.35, this month it was $89.99. there is no way for me to contact Amazon. They just keep stealing money from me every month. How do I get these charges to stop?

did you have inventory at FBA?

If so, fees will continue to collect for inventory not disposed of

Were you suspended for IP violations?

(if so, buyers often get refunded and you are responsible for those refunds)
