Provably false negative review from scamming customer
Customer claims they received empty box. They demand refund. We obviously do not comply.
They leave one star review. Ugh, but obviously not refunding the order.
They ultimately file A to Z claim. We provide tracking info to prove that the box was not empty (based on weight). A to Z claim is closed in our favour (yay!).
Still have 1 star review that is now proven to be 100% false on our profile. Obviously do not love that. Seller Support handcuffed because somehow completely, provably false reviews do not meet Amazon's criteria for removal. Bonus points: ODR is affected.

Is there anything we can do on this? I could understand leaving the review (kind of) but to have our ODR affected feels punitive.

How do I appeal my ODR performance metric separately from appealing to have the review removed?
