Late Despatch / Ship by date - technical issue?
We are getting different ship by dates for standard MFN orders made within minutes of each other.
For us a standard order made on a Saturday always needs to be shipped by end of Tuesday.
Some of our Saturday orders had a ship by date of by end of Monday this weekend instead of by end of Tuesday.
We’ve only just realised this was the case after our late despatch rate went though the roof today, reaching 28% which is obviously quite worrying.
This issue seems to have started happening from 04/02/22.

I contacted seller support but its been escalated.

Go into the asin of the 1 day dispatch order in your inventory - what does it show in handling time ?
Have you got automated shipping settings enabled ?

It’s always been 1 day handling time and always ship by end of Tuesday.
It’s been like this for years and we have shipped hundreds of thousand of orders.
Not sure why it has suddenly changed and why 2 different ship by dates would show for orders with the same settings
