There are too many scammers on Amazon, Loopholes in Amazon's system rules allow scammers to commit fraud at will.

I was scammed on Amazon for 1243USD, Order ID: 112-8911515-5348244.

The Amazon platform allows scams to exist, allowing scammers to scam us sellers at will? So what's the point of us trading through the Amazon platform? Doesn't the Amazon platform exist to provide safety and security for buyers and sellers?

Buyers place orders through Amazon, Amazon requires signature delivery services for high-value orders, However, the seller is unable to view the buyer's contact phone number in the order management center, Because Amazon's system has blocked the buyer's real contact phone number. Creates great difficulties for signature services when delivering parcels. AMAZON'S CONTRADICTORY REGULATIONS LEAVE BUYERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR FRAUD. Therefore, the buyer is able to make a relevant claim on this ground.

The buyer did file an A-TO-Z claim the first time around.

The buyer filed an Amazon A-TO-Z claim in the first place, The scammers first start their scam by following the Amazon rule loophole I mentioned above, Because scammers know that high-value packages don't have a signature service, opening an A-TO-Z claim can certainly be successful, It's just that the Amazon system actively closed the claim, That's why the scammers had to request a credit card refund.

FedEx Express: 774868220280,

Because the buyer provided an Internet virtual phone, Resulting in the FedEx guy not being able to reach the buyer. Causing a false impression of undeliverable packages to the logistics trajectory. If it was a real buyer, do you guys think he would make package delivery more difficult?

However, the buyer used a different cell phone number to contact FedEx to change the delivery address. Delivered to the locker designated by the crooks. Ultimately the scammer is the one who receives the package. Please check the screenshot of the successful delivery of the package.

Easily Dodge Signature Delivery Services, Perfectly exploited Amazon platform rule loophole for scams. When trading through the Amazon platform, we follow Amazon's platform rules for delivery shipping, but scammers use Amazon's platform rule loopholes for fraudulent purposes, So why is it that we sellers take the loss? It's beyond my comprehension.
