Account Health in Brazil

We are facing a problem with one of the listings that was auto created in Brazil from Amazon.com. The listing was erroneously flagged as containing precious metal or gemstones which is restricted on Brazil marketplace. Because of which our AHR has fallen to 196. We have written through the account health that the product has been wrongly flagged and have provided brand latter confirming that along with other proof. But they keep closing the case with the same to lines. There is no English account health support in Brazil and I even tried reaching via Portuguese link but didn't reach far. I contacted USA account health support asking for the reason for rejection of the appeal and any pointers. They also said they are not sure why it is being rejected. Is there a way to talk to someone in account health in Brazil as otherwise we are not reaching any where. We have't sold a unit of this item and have already deleted the listing as well but would like to clear the violation from our account. Any pointers will be helpful

Even if you have not sold any units, if the item is created in your store, this does show the intent to sell. It is good to understand any ASIN may receive a violation, even if you never sold or stocked that item.

There is an offered feature called: Build International Listings - This tool helps you create and update offers from a single source store to one or more target stores. If this is what happened, you are able to remove the access so this would not continue to happen.

To prevent this same issue (auto creating to another store) please review this help page as it will explain how to exclude any listing from auto populating to another region: Exclude offers or products from a target marketplace
