I am a VAT exempt FBA seller on Amazon UK marketplace. But I have received a few orders from Ireland in the last few days and noticed I am getting a reduced profit on these orders - I can’t find any way to prevent these orders? how can i avoid orders from Ireland due to taxes?

Amazon is famous for ignoring all common sense and laws regarding taxation for non-VAT registered sellers.
Go to your FBA settings (gear icon then fulfilment by Amazon) and disable all international shipping settings, especially the "FBA Shipping Programmes and Export from Amazon.co.uk" in "Shipping programmes and export settings".

Are you sure you mean FBA? rather than your own sales?
