I am a seller on Amazon using the FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) model. Recently, a customer left a 1-star seller feedback with the comment "Product not as described." However, I believe this feedback is not related to the seller's performance but rather to the product itself.
As an FBM seller, I am only responsible for selling and shipping the product. I am neither the manufacturer nor the brand owner. Therefore, I do not have control over the product's description or specifications. I have already attempted to contact the customer to clarify this misunderstanding, but I have not yet received a response.
As per Amazon's feedback policy, seller feedback should only reflect the seller's performance. In this case, the feedback seems to be related to the product itself rather than my performance as a seller. Given that this feedback is not relevant to my seller activities, I kindly request that it be removed.
This 1-star feedback is impacting my account health and performance, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Was the product you shipped exactly as per the listing you are selling on?
If it is then you are probably right that the buyer left in inaccurate review but good luck getting it removed.
If you are selling a product that does not match the listing then you are at fault and the review is valid
