How can we resolve this?
We had been trying to create a listing and it keeps on replying with "We are currently not accepting applications for this product. To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we restrict certain products from being listed or sold on Amazon. If the ability to list this product changes, you will be able to apply for approval to create ASINs." We are an authorize distributor of this brand. We have the paper works. Do you guys know how can this be resolve?

You will have to have the brand authorize you with Amazon.

you have to get the brand to register you in their brand registry as a reseller. The brand must be in your "brand" drop down menu when you list a product. There is no other way around it. LOA won't work in this situation.

We are having the same issue, it is a brand that we have listed many products with and not listing two new products (new flavors) and getting the same error. Is there a new rule about listing products even though you have previously been approved for that brand?

In general if you are not able to get approval Amazon is not accepting any new sellers for that product. As mentioned by others you may be able to appeal to the Brand itself to add you as a Brand Registered reseller which might be able to move you forward, but this is not always possible.
