Image editing has been taken away by another account

I am the owner and sole representative of my brand, and the products I have created have been selling normally.

A few days ago, I discovered that one image on the product detail page of my product on Amazon was not I uploaded. I tried updating the images but still found that the product detail page images did not match the ones I uploaded.

I later opened a case from the Seller Support Center and was told that my product image editing right was in another account (they said this account is another representative of the brand). But I am the sole owner and sole representative of the brand!! I am confused why my brand's product image editing permission is in another account?

but later I was informed by one associate through online chatting, "the another account actually was not a representative of my brand, but it became a merchant winning ID for images of my product.‘’ I can get my image editing rights back by appeal this violation.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem or can provide me with the contact information of the relevant team? I need to appeal this id, which is not a representative of my brand, and get back the image editing permission of my product.

Hi @Seller_KJBNzfrlsSboj,

Michelle at Amazon here. Can you please provide me with your case ID for this issue so I can take a look? Please ensure that your case has the ASIN's that you are having issues and what is wrong with the current image. Here is a help page that can explain some reasons why images do not update and that control over images is not a feature of Brand Registry.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Michelle
