International Orders Failing Due to Lack of Direct Email Address

As you may or may not know, Amazon, couriers for international orders require contact details for customers for customs clearance purposes.

The generic, Amazon emails provided are not working and I do not think have ever worked, I assume they get blocked automatically.

I require a direct email for international customers, how can I obtain them?

I don't sell overseas anymore, but I don't think you can. As sellers we only have access to the encrypted email addresses (though happy to be proven wrong, if anyone knows otherwise !)
