Trying to add UPS ground to Shipping Preferences

Good Afternoon,

I have been trying to add UPS ground to my Shipping Preferences (SSA TURNED ON) but it will not save. It forces me to keep ground saver on. It will let me add any other ups shipping option other than ground?
