Call Me Now not working?

For the last couple of weeks I am unable to talk to Amazon Seller Support. I enter my issue information and request a call but it immediately says the call has ended

. I can request another call, but the phone never rings. I am able to use the chat function, but this isn't resolving my issue.

I was checking the case ID 16884015211 and I do see that there were some information missing, so the team in charge were able to further investigate.
