Disposal Order Created While Transparency Case Still Under Review – ASIN B0CCL83D2R

Hello sellers and Amazon support team,

I’m sharing my recent experience hoping to get additional support or insights, as I’ve encountered a frustrating issue regarding a disposal order and Transparency conflict.

- I listed ASIN B0CCL83D2R and shipped inventory under FBA.

- At the time of creating the listing and shipment plan, Transparency codes were not required.

- While the products were in transit to the Amazon warehouse, the original listing owner enrolled in the Transparency program.

- When my units arrived, they were marked as unfulfillable due to missing Transparency codes.

- I submitted all required documentation including invoices, supplier proof, and product photos.

- I have an ongoing case: **Case ID 17554312711** – Transparency code under investigation.

- Despite this, a **disposal order (ID: xp4m1pe778)** was automatically created **before the Transparency case was resolved**.

- I’ve contacted support via live chat, and was told no further escalation is possible due to the open case, yet the units are being removed.

➡️ I want to clarify that this issue was not caused by seller error. The timing conflict between listing and Transparency activation is beyond my control.

📌 I’m asking for advice or any possible resolution:

1. Can the disposal process be paused until the Transparency case is fully reviewed?

2. How can a seller protect themselves in such cases where listing timing and program changes conflict?

Thanks in advance for any insight or assistance.
