AZ Claim Granted, Withdrawn,, then sneakily re-granted after item was replaced! Have you experienced this?

A customer withdrew their A-Z Claim, and I took a screen shot to confirm it was withdrawn and not affecting our ODR:

We shipped the item a replacement parcel, which arrived safely and they are completely happy with, but Amazon seemingly re-applied the ODR Hit and Refund overnight, after it had already been confirmed withdrawn, and the replacement item had already been happily received. This put's our business at risk of deactivation - what on earth is going on here?
