Why is my Product Showing as Unavailable???
My items are available for sale (41 out of 50 as of tonight on the FBA dashboard) yet on the public Amazon site my product is showing as unavailable. Why aren't they available? It's been over a week with this issue and it still has not been resolved!
I requested a call and none came either!
My ASIN is B0CN54CR91. I am SO frustrated by the process of getting my first product up and running. Please help. Customer Service just gives me the runaround.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! I took a look at the case you recently submitted. It looks like your account is exclusively for MCF, Multi Channel Fulfillment. That means that your items will not be available in the Amazon store to buy since this account only works to fulfill your external orders.
If you'll like to sell this inventory through Amazon store, as an Amazon Seller, we kindly advise you to remove the inventory from our fulfillment centers and then reship it through a new FBA account. Please take into consideration that you will be charged again for additional costs and fees.
