How do I go about selling my stock that is branded with my brand? I have to give them a receipt for Amazon. They are doing FBA.

I take it your stock isn't currently in amazon?
If thats the case - you sell it to this other company however you wish. Its then up to them to move it to FBA onto the appropriate listings.
You then just need to generate an invoice with all the required fields, as you would with any business you were selling to.
