Buy Box / Featured offer Issue

After trying everything I have come here to hopefully get a fix for this issue. On April 5th for the first time ever I lost buy box on all 220+ listings, such a drastic change made my sale go from 15k per day to near 1k max.

I have a big warehouse for Online business and the operating cost for that plus the workers hired for packing and palletization every day is racking up and I have no option left but to let people go because amazon seller support is so pathetic that I see no fix in sight.

I opened a case on 5th of April and since then I HAVE RECIEVED NO REPLY FROM THE TEAM MANAGING THE CASE.

My last hope is the mod team @Spencer_Amazonand others who manage these cases to send all MY ASIN's to the team so it can be manually checked.

A reply from mod team saying it has been forwarded and being worked on would be enough to at least give us some relief. To be kept in dark and not knowing if the message was received by team is such a headache which results in these posts with same messages over and over again.

it’s not allowed to open new individual buy box threads- add this to the mega thread for the mods to forward on(search the forums for it).
