Removal orders keep being sent to my old address
Removal orders keep being sent to my old address although Amazon confirmed my new address was recorded in my seller account. I have created 3 different cases and they sent me robot like answers without any solution. For example they sent me links and suggested me to change my address. When I clik the link I see that my address is correct and allready updated. However they keep sending the items to my old address. When I told that to Amazon they told me that I can cancell the order but the cancell button is inactive and I cannot cancell it. After all it comes to me that I am talking to the wall. If Amazon makes a mistake and don't let me correct that mistake then must take the responsibility and pay for it. Does any one had such a problem ? Any solution ?

Yes I have the same issue, just going round in circles with seller support with pre-typed replies. I went to the MD's office with no resolution they confirm my address has been changed but still keep going to my old address
