Re-verify issue
I have been waiting for the amazon seller support team to solve my problem for about 15 days, but they have no updates other than saying that they are investigating and waiting. About 15 days ago, I started receiving an email from Amazon with the title “Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account”, then I immediately updated all my identity information, but as soon as I click submit, I get the same “Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account” email with the same title. and as soon as I click submit, my information appears unverified. So it never gets into the review process. This is definitely a technical problem. And since amazon is not helping me in any way to solve this problem, my account is under threat of deactivation. I'm tired of losing sales because of Amazon's technical problems. After I submit my identity information, it says that I can't edit it again while it's under review, but after I submit it, I can still update all the identity information. This is proof that there is a technical problem. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you for posting your concerns with completing the INFORM verification.
So I can assist further in this situation I would ask that you navigate to your account information page in seller central. You will need to click on the identity link from the INFORM page. Here you should have a banner requesting you to update your information, you will also see a button "Update Now". Please review all information and use the check box to confirm everything, and click continue.
Once everything is updated and confirmed, please proceed to the bottom of the identity page and click the button "Submit for Verification". As you proceed through this process, if you still encounter issues I would ask that you take a screenshot and post it here so I can proceed to work with the correct teams on the specific situation you've encountered.
If you have already done this and provided screenshots on a case, post the case ID so I can review the information further.
