WHY I HATE AMAZON
Woke up this morning to "account at risk of deactivation" because of 2 orders being identified as order defects. First order is due to negative feedback that was related to the delivery and had nothing to do with our fulfillment side of things. We delivered the order on the first day it was suppose to arrive. Customer wasn't happy with that and left 2 star review. Under Amazon feedback policy we have NO way to get this removed. Second issue was an A to Z Claim filed by the customer without ever contacting us. In looking at the tracking UPS LOST THE PACKAGE.
I call account health assurance line who tells me to call help center. I say you must be kidding help center will do NOTHING for me. They send me there anyway. Help center says we can't remove that feedback or the A to Z claim call the account health assurance line. I call them back and they can't do anything either. Did get told not to worry account won't be deactivated as long as next 60 days are perfect.
Why I hate Amazon - Amazon removes FBA feedback for delivery related issues, but will not do the same for FBM.
Amazon issues A to Z claim for an order lost by UPS and calls it an order defect that impacts my account health.
And neither account health or help center will actually help me.
No one does catch 22 situations better than Amazon!!!!

Hello @Seller_LtMC18hHbjrDD,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums.
Based off of the information you have provided, I see that your account is at risk of deactivation due to 2 order defects and customers have left negative reviews.
Per the can amazon remove buyer feedback help page, if the feedback contains obscene or profane language or verbiage, has any type of personal information, or the entire feedback is a product review, the feedback will not be removed. A feedback can be striked if the order was fulfilled by amazon or the order was shipped using the buy shipping service.
When you fulfilled the order, did you use the buy shipping service?
When an a to z claim is issued, it is due to customers putting in a complaint for various reasons. Have you provided evidence that the package was lost by the carrier when you appealed the a to z claims?
The seller forums team, community and I are here to help. If you have additional questions or concerns, please let us know in this thread.
Best,
Cade

Feedback was addressed in my initial post. Obviously the feedback does not meet any of the Amazon criteria. I did use buy shipping service but this was an FBM order and all of your various teams have told me that feedback can not be removed on FBM orders. Again look at the information I supplied in my original post. The A to Z claim was denied by Amazon....no surprise there. Basically they make you waste so much time with back and forth that eventually the merchant just says forget it. Which is why I hate Amazon.

Another reason I HATE Amazon I have the first inventory units for a SKU that were sent in back in November still in transit. That case in ongoing and units are still in transit, BUT this morning I get an email from Amazon telling me about the low inventory fees I'm going to incur for this item that they lost and isn't even in their warehouse!!!!!!! Needless to say once the issue is resolved (what another six months from now?) I am deleting the SKU completely but it's nice to know my LOST INVENTORY is going to cost me even more money in Amazon fees now!!!!! HATE isn't strong enough of a word for the abuse by Amazon lately.

Hello,
We’ve launched a new Minimum Inventory Level metric to help FBA sellers plan inventory levels more effectively, improve delivery speeds, and help them to avoid the recently announced low-inventory-level fee.
You're receiving this message because some of your Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) products don't have enough inventory to keep up with customer orders.
The following sample ASINs are at risk of running out of stock, incurring low-inventory-level fee, or resulting in degraded delivery speed to customers:
