I have been trying to deactivate my account and they are keep telling me Your account has been restricted. For more information, please view your performance notifications here under the subject line ‘Important information about your Selling on Amazon payment account’. nothing works I can not submit anything dead end , and I can not reach Seller support to talk to someone ANY HELP ?

it means that you did something wrong which got your account suspended - you wont be able to do anything until you appeal the suspension and get your account active again ( the reason for the suspention , and what you will need to appeal , will be stated in your performance notifications on your account health page ) .
