This so called buyer loves to order movies and each time claim they did not get em. The funny thing is they have 3 different accounts so sellers watch out for this person as they take advantage of the amazon AtoZ claims and amazon seems to do nothing.

I have also encountered this individual.They use variations of [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]
They are located in Kelowna, BC.
They have purchased 6 items under 5 accounts with variations of the two names.
When I discovered the deception by "Tyler", I appealed to the claims with this evidence to Amazon and reported them. But they just opened this new account with Bey Bernie as the name.
I can't post addresses or postal codes.
I recommend all sellers who have noticed claims filed for items lost in the Kelowna, BC area to investigate the buyers and compare their addresses.
