Customer Negative Feedback with Offensive Language But System Not Removed – Action Required
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am reaching out to request the removal of a recent negative feedback on our seller account, as it violates Amazon’s feedback policies. The feedback contains inappropriate language (w t f), which goes against Amazon’s guidelines prohibiting offensive remarks and profanity.
The customer’s comment states:
“Would give minus stars if it would let me!! Ordered Satr Wars Razor Crest……. and got sent a tuxedo cat…… really (W T F) !!”
This comment not only includes prohibited language but also appears to be exaggerated or incorrect. Additionally, it does not accurately reflect our service as a seller.
As per Amazon’s Community Guidelines, feedback containing offensive language is subject to removal. We kindly request a review of this feedback and its removal at your earliest convenience.

Have you tried re-opening the case as the first response is usually just an automated one and get's decide instantly, but if you re-open it, it might get looked at by a person. You only have 5 days the reply to the automated rejection then it's too late.

This feedback system needs to be handled by humans again. We’re spending too much time removing these feedbacks manually.
@Seller_hOZNPw7G8FIjl are you aware that Amazon workers are assisting in removing feedback because we can't get past the AI filters in the system? I’ve managed to delete over five feedbacks myself in here.
In Rachel’s case, how did Amazon allow that feedback to stay? The customer was swearing, yet it still passed the system?
