Handling Returns
Hi guys,
Been selling on Amazon for a month or so and just got my first return.
I've had an email saying that a refund has been initiated but I can't find it anywhere in my seller account, where can I find the reason for the return?
What is the procedure for returns also? It says Amazon will check if it is in a 'new' state and able to be resold when they have it back.
My items come with a plastic seal around them, if the plastic wrap has been removed then it is now 'new.' Will Amazon know this? Can I add that to the notes anywhere?
Is the Amazon returns grading actually worth trusting or is it better to just write the stock off and get it returns back to me
Thank you,
Chris
