ASIN deactivated by Amazon
Amazon deactivated an ASIN in my account because is not complaint with the policies. This product is a simple perfume that is sold in the entire platform of amazon from different vendors, but Amazon say that contain Lidocaine, this is not Posible, the ingredients in my product are the same as other perfume. No where indicated this substance, I appealed many times, I submitted proof, pictures, what else i can do, the answer is the same (they are unable to reactivated), I am getting frustrated ,i feel like a am dealing with a robot, I spoke with different persons in CS but they don't know how to solve this, my account is in risk ,i am really worry for what can happen, PLEASE HELP me out ,give me advise ,or other way to solve this.
