Refund issued with no returns
Hi Group,
Amazon has been issuing refunds on all delivered orders, Grocery Items.
Items have been delivered on time but not returned. Amazon is suggesting we create Safe T Claims but they are not getting approved. We have refunds a of 80+ orders in span of 3 days. At this rate my business will go bust due to amazon policies.
Kindly suggest how can we go about this issue.

What was the product? It sounds more like it might be a product with a safety recall notice?

are you from outside the Uk and posting to the UK or inside the UK and posting to outside of the UK?
If any of the above you may be a victim of the returnless refund were ahem “customers “ can keep goods priced under £20 Uk and under 25 euros or dollars outside the UK if you do not have a return address in each of the countries you sell to.

None of our products are Safety recall. They are varied items, some are returnable and some non returnable. Amazon has issued refunds without even receiving items back. They suggest us to create safety claims but only some are refunded.
Amazon is being unfair on small sellers and profiting on our losses. They need to keep it transparent for sellers as they invest into the business.
