Customer purcahsed Next Day shipping..NO OPTIONS available
Customer purchased an item and paid for Next day delivery. The order was on Saturday, has a ship by Monday date and deliver by Tuesday. Attempted to print label on saturday, 2 hours after order and no shipping options were available for on time. Literally every single option said late delivery risk, UPS next day shows not eligible. Upon contacting UPS they told us the address is blacklisted and UPS will not service.
With all that being said....if I ship the order using one of the late delivery methods it will put my premium shipping eligibility at risk and deactivate it after the order is delivered late. If I cancel the order it will also deactivate my premium shipping eligibility for cancelling an expedited order. I cannot afford for this to happen this close to the cutoff for Christmas delivery as I have a LOT of expedited orders that usually come in the next few days/week. I reached out to seller support, they were no help as they directed me to cancel. I reached out to the customer with no response so I opted to ship the order with the fastest available ship method. Can I get advice/support from an amazon Mod? Is there any way to note this or prevent it from deactivating my premium shipping once it is delivered a day late?

If you have a case number, make sure to include it in this thread - most mods won't be able to do anything for you with out one.
