Every Amazon return, another Amazon Scam

Dear Mods and Vets,

We deeply need your help and input. The scammers are having a field day. Each time we open Amazon return, it is another scam. How do we navigate this? It is just too much.

Has anyone any solution to get refunded for this scam.
