The swatch image issue

Hi Support, @Michelle_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon

We are experiencing an issue with the swatch image. We have correctly uploaded the swatch image, but the "main image" is being displayed as the swatch in the live listing. Interestingly, our competitor can display the swatch image correctly. Is there a specific procedure we need to follow to achieve the same?

We share the same category with our competitor, and we offer the same type of product. We have also sought help from Seller Central, but there has been no change in the live listing. The Case ID for our inquiry is 14345532751.
