Can you help me remove a negative feedback? The customer was unable to return the item because they lost the packaging and left feedback that we were a fake. We won't refuse a return, but the customer lost the packaging themselves. He says he would have returned the item if he had the packaging. We tried to contact the customer and received no response. Is this negative feedback due to the inability to return the item and can you help remove it? Also, we have pro forma invoice to prove the authenticity of the item. Can you help me?
