We have denied your reimbursement request for order 114-0782348-7709824.
Why is this happening?
The reimbursement claim does not cover outbound shipping costs. <<<<<<--------- WTHeck - Not related to the issue
Can I get a MOD to help out here - Clearly the BOT's are not comprehending the issue
Appreciate any help any of you might be able to offer :-)
