Your seller account has been deactivated
Hello! I am a new seller, created an account in April 2024. Since this time, there was no activity, I was in process to produce the product. And I had 2 times verification process from Amazon (passport and bank statement) and it was successful.
In November, I got an email again: (they asked for a passport and utility bill)
Hello ,
Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
There was a button "click here" if you think it's a mistake. So I did, and said that I already passed the verification, and that now we are awaiting the products coming to your warehouse. And added the invoice.
After this, Amazon responded :
Hello
We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
Apparently I made a mistake when I replied to the first email.
My products are now arrived to the port and about to reach the Amazon warehouse.
My question is, is it better to stop the products and hold it somewhere or it's ok to send it to Amazon. Will I be able to request the products back to me in case they won't reactivate my account?
Thank you!

Hey amazon. Please adjust the policy on account suspension to be more transparent. Don't just copy and paste the same answers and then shamelessly seize the money. I believe that there are many sellers who have encountered this and cannot do anything. And they did nothing wrong as they were accused of.
