How long for item not received?

I’ve just had an order cancellation request, with the message “Please can I cancel this as I have still not received my order yet. Thank you”.

Checked the order, and dispatched 4th July ! Can I still be nobbled with an A-Z after 4 months?

Suggestions on how to respond gratefully welcomed.

The customer is unable to open a claim on their own after this long, nor leave feedback.
A CS rep could open a claim if they so chose, but even so any defects would no longer affect you so it would only be the potential refund you would have to worry about.
You can simply click “No response needed” if you wish, or compose a polite reply if you prefer.
