A-Z claim completely broken, then why use it as our store standard??

I find out now A-Z claim is closed more and more ridiculously. Either the robot or the human is highly untrained and they do not care at all.

114-3536003-1449059

long store short, amazon buy shipping, item DELIVERED 2 DAYS before Amazon given time-frame. Customer claim he did not get it, we supposed be protected, A-Z filed, close with refund from our account but ODR not impacted, okay, we appealed, explained item was shipped and delivered on time with Amazon buy shipping, came back as denial and bunch of copy and past non-sense saying our package should reached the customer by the 23rd, our TRACKING indicates package reached the customer on the 19th!! already, what in the world ! now even took our money , and counted our ODR.

it is not just money, if this system is this broken, how can you use it as a standard to monitor our store? fix your system first!

You lost the A-Z because Amazon doesn't see proof that the package was in the possesion of the shipper by the 'ship by' date.

It is BS, of course, but that is how Amazon judges A-Z claims.

A reasonable person would thnk that this doesn't matter because you obviously delivered on time. But Amazon wants BOTH proof that you delivered on time, AND that you shipped on time.

Hello @Seller_5YZ33gHt9fwSD- and thanks for bringing this claim to our attention. Commenting to confirm I did connect this to the owning team from my end to request some further review and assistance.

While I see no signature was captured for this order, which Amazon does recommend, if you do have Proof of Delivery from the carrier, please do attach within Buyer Seller Messages and send to the buyer, so our team can review that as well in accordance with our guidance on how to Appeal an A-to-z Claim!

Thanks again, and I'll be sure to follow up here on the thread as I receive any word back.
