Is there anyway to get a response from Amazon !!!

Hello,

Is there any way to get a response from amazon seller support! My listings have been deactivated unfairly telling me the product violates regulations.When I ask what criteria does it violate amazon can’t give me an answer.I also sent the proof and evidences that amazon in wrong by deactivating.The cases are open for the last 10-15 days we get no response or directions in order to reinstate.I have had so many phone calls with support team they keep saying they will tell colleagues to answer but still we have no answers.

On top of this we have a notification to remove our inventory.Like I said I have the proof my product doesn’t violate the law.We had been selling 5-6 months there is no amendment on regulation amazon suddenly removed it.

All I need a response to know what to do.If amazon disposes my product what are my rights because they are %100 in wrong.

You should be able to see the violations in the Account Health Dashboard, have you tried to appeal the decision?
