Hi Everyone, please can anyone help advise me on this? My book has been added to Amazon (by another party) I am trying to set up selling it myself now) but it has another author down with his bio possibly because he has a book with the same title! I'm at loss trying to get this removed as he did not write it :(

Have you registered your book with Neilsen database and got an ISBN for it ? You should then be able to list it with correct ISBN.

Had a look at thus and yes there are two "eddiw the elfs" Your book has an ISBN from Nielsen.
Your book is 978-1399903226 and is set up on Nielsen and can be orders by bookshops via Gardners of Eastbourne £7.99
The Other seller World of books is a second book seller and as your book was publsihed in 2021 there may be second hand copies in the system You do little to stop them selling it.
The Publicity section does give in Error "James Park" as the author who has also written "Eddie the Elf" and published via Lulu Self publishing platform in 2018
The isbn 978-0244126216 £4.99 also can be ordered by Bookshops from Garnders of Eastbourne.. This title is stocked and sold by Amazon itself,
There almost no cover in law under Copyright Act 1956 Copyright design and patrent act 1988 for titles. There are 8 books with Eddie the Elf in the title currently in print. You should be able to list as @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid says under your ISBN I think is another example of Amazon book database being a total mess. At least your book is searchable by author, Hopefully you sell some as children books is a very crowded market.
