Account Linked To Family Member
My account was linked to my Aunt who lives 3-4 hours away, Her account was deactivated which I didn't know about, she needed help with her order defect, so she logged in on my same device, which I realize is what caused this, none of our info in the same. Amazon is asking for a signed affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you. Specify what roles/access they have or have had in the past to your Amazon account.
What do i say in the letter, someone can write me a list of what to mention to get my account unlinked and reinstated from her, since I don't even have access to her account and she doesn't have access to mine, since we are separate business
Can someone who delt with this explain, what to say, mention and personally experience of their letter, please this was big mistake and i want to get back to selling

Hello @Seller_vrIjJOzrXw10o,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums with questions about your account.
I see that your account is deactivated for the multiple accounts policy and the account linked to yours belongs to your aunt.
Now, when you do recognize who owns the account related to you, you can submit a signed and notarized affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you. It should also specify if and how they have had access to your account. The affidavit can include any details that are specific to your situation that prove the account are owned and operated separately. You must also provide proof that the linkage between the accounts have ceased and how you will prevent any links between the account in the future. I also suggest to double check each account and make sure no personal or financial information is shared between the two. If there is still a relationship between the accounts, any documents that you submit may be denied.
If the information that you submit is denied, another other way to resolve the deactivation would be to have your aunt work toward reinstating her account.
For your situation, it would be best to select, "I recognize the other account, but it does not belong to me" from there, the only option that would apply is "other" and you will be brought to where you can upload your documents for review.
I hope you find this information helpful. If you have further questions or updates to provide, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

Amazon bans apply to all relatives. Our company ITSEC policy is that if an employee has their own selling acct and they login to it from work - terminated.
We expect that Amazon will start requiring sellers to provide SSN/ID/Address on all employees - companies will not be allowed to sell on Amazon if they employ anyone who has been banned from Amazon to keep banned sellers from using proxies company to keep selling

Hi there @Seller_vrIjJOzrXw10o,
Thank you for your speedy follow up here!
Ok thanks, but I dont work with my aunt and she dosent work with me, this was all accdienelty link
At this point, Amazon has identified your account is connected to your aunt's account in some way, shape, or form. As previously mentioned by @LeviDylan_Amazon, you will either need to provide adequate documentation to show that this is an error or your aunt's account will need to be reactivated prior to your account being so.
I also suggest reviewing the following seller university videos:
My team and I are unable to guarantee the review of subsequent submissions that do not align with the scenario you have described.
In terms of a signed, notarized affidavit the document needs to testify to your situation. The affidavit should either be notarized, or signed in the presence of a lawyer, commissioner for oaths, justice of the peace or other legal professional registered on an applicable register of legal professionals that can be accessed online.
All the best,
Stevie.
